Shipping Policy

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Shipping within The Netherlands typically takes 1-2 business days​ & international orders can take from 2 to 21 business days depending on the destination.

If order is late or order says delivered, but is not at delivery address, it's best to contact PostNL  and provide them with your track & trace number so they can locate your package.

Return Policy​

You have the right of a 14 day reflection period. Meaning that if you desire to return an item or items you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. This can be done by sending us an email at lux.esteem@gmail.com. In this email please include your name, the order number and the item you are returning. The shipping cost when returning an item is at your own expense. After the 14 days have passed unfortunately we can no longer accept returns.
